SUMMARY:Great Nordeen XC Ski and Fat Tire Bike Race
DESCRIPTION:18 or 30 km Freestyle Nordic Race presented by Latitude 44 Sports.  Also a 15km Fat Tire Bike Race. \nStart at West Village 7:30 a.m. for the Ski Race and end at Wanoga.  Start at Sunrise Lodge at 8:45 a.m. for the Bike Race and finish at Wanoga.  Shuttle will be provided from Wanoga to Mt. Bachelor.  Awards party at MBSEF will take place after the race featuring beer from Everybody’s Brewing. \n$50 to register.  You get a Black Strap custom buff and a fun after party with drink and food.  Registration closes on January 21st at midnight.  Packet pick up will be at MBSEF’s new office.  2765 NW Lolo Dr between 3 p.m.-6 p.m. on Saturday\, Jan 22nd.  No day of registration.  You can register at packet pickup between 3-6 p.m. but the price will be $60. \nGo to  https://www.mbsef.org/ click on Online Registration and then go to MBSEF Races tab.

DESCRIPTION:Start Time:  Sunday\, August 8th departing LOGE at 7:45 AM.  Please try to be there by 7:30.\n\nThe Route:  We will head up Flagline Access to Metolious-Windigo.  From there we will drop down Farewell and ride along Tumalo Creek Trail to Skyliners.  From Skyliners Trail we will drop into Storm King\, cross over the highway to Lower Storm King\, down to Catch and Release over to the Visitors Center.  At the Visitors Center we’ll jump on Ticket To Ride\, to COD back to LOGE Camp for food and drinks.\n\nWhat to bring:  \n\n\nThis will be a 3+ hour ride so bring a ton of water\, snacks as well as your spare tube\, multi tool\, pump and whatever else you need to fix a flat on your bike.\nTemps are forecasted to be in the 50’s that morning\, and around 75 by mid day so dress appropriately.\nLunch and drinks will be provided after the ride back at LOGE.  If you can’t make the ride but want to join in at LOGE please let me know and I’ll text you our ETA towards the end of our ride.\n\nPlease email Ryan McGlone directly to RSVP for this event.
